Shipping Policy
Delivery Charges: Rs. 200 (free on orders of Rs. 3000 and above)
Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed and shipped the next working day.
Advance Payment: A 30% advance payment is required for all orders above Rs. 15,000.
Service Areas: FirstSmile delivers to almost all locations in Pakistan. We ship every day except Sundays and national holidays.
Order Tracking: All orders are shipped via courier service. A tracking number is available on request.

Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the form of cash or product exchange (as per customer preference).
If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a refund within 15 days—no questions asked.
Delivery charges are non-refundable. If your return reduces your order value below the free delivery threshold, delivery charges will be deducted.
Returns must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product by email, WhatsApp, or our social media pages. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.
Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, scent-free, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please include the FirstSmile package slip with your return.
Returns must be received within 15 days of delivery.
Refunds will be processed via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer once the returned items are received and approved by our Quality Control team.
Exchange Policy
To exchange an item, please return the unwanted item first. Once received, inspected, and approved, the replacement will be shipped.
Exchanges must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product via email, WhatsApp, or our social media pages.
Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Returns for exchange must be received within 15 days of delivery.
Delivery charges will apply for all exchanges.
Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Instead, store credit or a voucher code will be issued. Delivery charges will be deducted.
Exchanges for sale items are allowed, but the customer is responsible for all courier charges.
Sale item exchange/return requests must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product.
Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
The exchanged item will be dispatched once the original product is received and approved by our Quality Control team.
