Return & Exchange

Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Charges: Rs. 200 (free on orders of Rs. 3000 and above)

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed and shipped the next working day.

  • Advance Payment: A 30% advance payment is required for all orders above Rs. 15,000.

  • Service Areas: FirstSmile delivers to almost all locations in Pakistan. We ship every day except Sundays and national holidays.

  • Order Tracking: All orders are shipped via courier service. A tracking number is available on request.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued in the form of cash or product exchange (as per customer preference).

  • If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a refund within 15 days—no questions asked.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable. If your return reduces your order value below the free delivery threshold, delivery charges will be deducted.

  • Returns must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product by email, WhatsApp, or our social media pages. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.

  • Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, scent-free, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please include the FirstSmile package slip with your return.

  • Returns must be received within 15 days of delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer once the returned items are received and approved by our Quality Control team.

Exchange Policy

  • To exchange an item, please return the unwanted item first. Once received, inspected, and approved, the replacement will be shipped.

  • Exchanges must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product via email, WhatsApp, or our social media pages.

  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Returns for exchange must be received within 15 days of delivery.

  • Delivery charges will apply for all exchanges.

Sale Items

  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Instead, store credit or a voucher code will be issued. Delivery charges will be deducted.

  • Exchanges for sale items are allowed, but the customer is responsible for all courier charges.

  • Sale item exchange/return requests must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product.

  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • The exchanged item will be dispatched once the original product is received and approved by our Quality Control team.
