First Smile ships products to almost all areas of Pakistan. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

Delivery Timeframe:

Order received before 3 PM are shipped on the same day. Orders received after 3 PM are processed and shipped the following working day.

Exchange and refund process will take 3 to 5 working days from the day we receive return items

Order Tracking Number:

All shipments are dispatched via Courier Service Company. Tracking number can be shared if customer asks.

WE DO ISSUE REFUNDS ACCORDING TO THE METHOD OF PAYMENT, DESCRIBED BELOW

• Refunds in the form of a cash or exchange (Customer’s Choice)
• If you don’t like the product, take a refund within 15 days. No Question will be Asked.
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
• Delivery charges will be deducted if your amount reduced (after returning) from free delivery criteria..

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund or exchange if not informed within 72 hours
• Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include FirstSmile package slip with the return
• Returns should be received with-in 15 days
• Refund will be done through EasyPaisa, Jazz Cash or Bank Transfer, once returned items are received and approved by our Quality Department

• If you wish to exchange your item, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will exchange the item.

• All items need to be unworn, in original packing with tags attached.
